Account specific login errors 201 and 307

I play ESO on two different accounts and just got booted from the server on one of them. When I tried to log back in I kept getting error 201 and 307.
So I tried logging in to my other account, on the same game client and the same server and it logs in immediately.
Switched back to the first account - error 201 and error 307.
Can anyone give an explanation for that? And more importantly, how to solve it? It seems highly unlikely that it’s a connection issue if it’s only affecting one account.

Herschel77✭✭Its not you. I'm getting the same errors. Something on ZoS's side went down. Hopefully they are aware of it and will fix it soon

Hi @ZOS_Bill, I know the error code says there is a connectivity issue but how can that be when I only got it on one account and not on the other while using the same laptop and the same game client?2 -

The account you login with would normally not be what causes an error such as Error 201. If this continues to happen on just the one account, I would recommend starting a ticket with customer support so this can be looked into.The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited - ZeniMax Online Studios
