Arcanist abilities not working

Half of the time my Arcanist abilities are not Firing, it takes me a few seconds of pressing the button in order for the ability to work.
I’ve tried it on multiple keybinds but it isn’t working
On all of my other characters my abilities are firing just fine it’s only on my Arcanist where I am having troubles

As far as I can tell it’s with all of my Arcanist skills that I’m using, my other skills such as Fighters guild are working fineThanks for noting this. Follow up question for you. Is there an issue with specific skills, or just any random Arcanist skills.
I also only seem to be having this problem while I am in combat.

Is there any update on what could be causing this? Even after the patch today my skills get stuck randomly and refuse to activate. It’s making it impossible to play with Arcanist which is unfortunate.
It has been 13 days, any reply would be appreciated
I’m not sure if anyone else is experiencing such issues but it’s only an Arcanist problem for me especially with Fatecarver and the Tentacle attack
