What's Error 200, Error 108 and Error 334?

Is the server down now? I was getting extremely high ping and got removed from the game. Then I was able to login again but in less than one minute I got removed again, and now I'm constantly getting Error 200, Error 108, Error 334 and can't login. (yeah I already checked my internet connection)

Lag was AWFUL, and loading out of there to Vvardenfell took forever.______________________________________________________

Maybe be there's too much people on Telvanni Peninsula, I have a similar problem when playing in Vivec. I moved to a different zone and it's ok now. I can go there later to Telvanni.1 -
