Getting DC'd while in normal trials.

Nearly every trial I run I get at least one disconnection from the server - 'unable to connect to server'. This is followed by an 'error 307 - account already logged in' and then followed by an 'Unexpected Internal Error', usually resulting in me closing the application and restarting it before I can get back in.

I'll occasionally get it when not in trials but it's always the same order of errors. Any ideas or suggestions (PS4 NA)?
