The info on uesp isn't right, I *think* I remember seeing it last year. Here's hoping it goes on sale soon, won't be missing it this time. Please @ZOS_Kevin ? Just wish you could put a wayshrine near it, it's so damn far, unusually so.

    I've seen it twice (it may have appeared more but I never saw it) in the 5 years I've been playing but after I bought it the first time, it came back a year or so later.
