Gatekeepers style shoulders bugged?

Are they bugged again? I wasted over 80 keys with not a single drop.

I wasn't able to get the molag kena shoulders either, used over 20 keys I think.

I spent 110 keys last night, got one molag kena shoulder and no gatekeeper shoulders.

So yeah, maybe.

I can personally verify that both Molag Kena and Euphrotic Gatekeeper shoulders dropped, so unfortunately it is just bad RNG on your end.

if you spent over 100 keys and only got 1 shoulder, wouldnt it have made more sense to just buy the shoulders directly for 50 keys each?

I spent 100 keys and only got one gatekeeper shoulder but got 4 molag kena shoulders from 50 keys. So just bad rng.

Well, in a case like this at first you are hoping to get the shoulders using the random option all the way up to spending 50 keys. At the point you spend 50 keys without getting them and think you should have outright bought them with the 50 keys instead of trying to save keys using the random option, your mind tells you that surely you could not be so unlucky going forward that you would end up spending 50 MORE keys using the random option, so at that point you continue gambling. It’s an awful cycle.

thats why i take the option of least gamble lol, unless i really dont care about the outcome lol

i rather get the guaranteed reward even if slightly higher cost than disappointment (thats why i refuse to spend keys on monster shoulder boxes unless its from a brand new dungeon that i dont have anything collected from because its not curated, i also generally avoid buying the gear boxes from cyro or IC unless i feel like blowing currency on them because they are not curated)
