Why is my account suspended?
I am a retuning player who has been inactive for quite some time and am interested in returning. After going through the process of recovering my userID and resetting my password I tried logging in to discover my account is now suspended. My account purchased the imperial edition at launch and I would be very grateful to have access back to my account. My ticket number is: 230521-004522
