✭✭✭✭✭There was a mention of the Golden in the announcement for the Whitestrake's Mayhem event, so I imagine things will be back to normal next week:Bonus Resources & The Golden
Players making use of harvesting nodes during the Whitestrike Mayhem event will loot extra resources. Additionally, the Cyrodiil merchant Adhazabi, “The Golden” Aba-daro will update her shop’s stock to contain jewelry from Cyrodiil’s item sets, in CP160 Legendary quality. Aba-daro’s Bazaar will offer valuable necklaces during the first weekend of the event and rare rings during the second.
Note that during Whitestrake’s Mayhem, Aba-daro will not be selling Monster Masks and all purchases in her shop must be made with Alliance Points. She will not accept gold.

✭✭✭✭The first weekend offers gold cyrodiil necklaces; the second weekend offers gold cyrodiil rings. It's like that at every Mayhem event. When Mayhem is over golden vendor goes back to its regular rng offerings.Fan of playing magblade since 2015. (PC NA)

It's interesting to note that not all of the PvP sets are available, either. Just the ones ZOS wants you to have.
There are golden jewels for some sunsetted sets like Spell Strategist and Steadfast Hero that no longer drop, but ones they don't want you to have, like Plaguebreak and Dark Convergence are not available on The Golden.3 -

I doubt they really meant rings last weekend, but had either honestly misremembered, or saw rings-only this weekend and figured it must have been the same thing last weekend because although it was actually necklaces-only their brain had registered the fact that it was jewelry-only and hadn't really registered that it was all necklaces.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!3 -
