I found enchanting after L30 its only worth swapping yellow, purple and maybe blue enchantments. I have two permanent buddy's I swap with but I always get more yellow and purple runes then them so always looking for new buddy's.

Its just hard to 'trust' strangers when your start using runes which sell for a lot.

not really, it you do it on par with each others. Say, you play a toon one day, and the other toon next day, putting all gathered ressources in the bank. Then on the third day, you craft half runes from a toon, and half from the other, and deconstruct them from each others

It works quite well.

If you have a new toon Vs a high level, get your high level to craft some high level runes to be deconstructed by your low level, it'll go very quickly, while the low level can harvest the materials
