Daily reset timer warning

It says it can be turned off in the settings, but after several perusals of the settings list, I have been unable to find anything that refers to this warning text or the removal thereof. I don't need this screen spam every time I load into the game.
Could someone enlighten me as to where this elusive setting is, please?
