Furniture wishlist: spade-leaf plant seen in planters around Tamriel, and more

I have a growing wishlist for furniture, as many of us do. (Would be so cool if we could use mementos as furnishings for example! And viable options for open books, besides the crown offerings and new ones from Scrivener's that will surely be hard to get.)
One I'd think would be easy to implement is this specific spade-leaf plant that grows in Auridon and other areas. It's already used in planters everywhere throughout old zones — and yet not available to us? So frustrating. Recently I even saw it in splash art:
