Should be arenas like 2v2 or 3v3. Cyrodil lag in no excuse for not adding small scale pvp content like arenas and bgs.
Reward structure: When you win arena matches you gain "points" or "mmr"
3 month seasons.
When a season is over the top 10% of a player's class in terms of point rankings get a special weapon skin or mount.
