Is this supposed to happen?

I accidentally canceled my yearly subscription for ESO yesterday when changing my account settings and then my cat decided to help.

When I tried to renew it, it's charging me full price and having me to re enter my whole payment method too.

With other online games when a yearly or monthly subscription has been canceled before the pay is due, and, if I change my mind and renew it then I don't get charged. I'm not sure about ESO though.

Can I get some assistance please?

Have you raised a ticket? If you put your ticket number someone can check it is in progress etc
