sending mail

I am just wondering how I address mail. I realize that I cannot send mail to my other characters but if I send mail to my son who is on a different account (3 days early access), do I address it to his character name or to his account name?

Skjlvald✭✭✭All mail is down, I believe its due to people logging into other peoples accounts.... or such is the rumor. Should be able to use character name..... that would be pretty broken if you couldn't.Ulyn Andrano

I tend to add them friends list first. If they were good enough to send an item to they are good enough to play with in the future.The List For Living - A guide for new or troubled players

This system is just stupid. I can see a name of char requesting to buy something. I can't right click and select "send mail". I have to go to email and create a new message. Then the system simply wouldn't look up the char name. And how am I supposed to know an account name? I don't. SO I end up destroying things instead of selling them. Nice.0
