Chain of the Vampire Location Confirmation

I've been farming Harrowstorms for the Chain of the Vampire lead for a while but no luck. I read that Harrowstorms drop the Vampiric Stained Glass lead. Do Harrowstows really drop both? If I have the Stained Glass lead active will it interfere with the Chain lead drop?

Only the harrowstorms from The Reach drop Vampiric Stained Glass, the lead for the chain drop from both zones, and you probably won't have any issues having both leads at the same time, it's pure RNG.
