Deliberation and undeath passives stack ?
Does the 30 % damage reduction from the psijic order line passive deliberation stack with vampire undeath passive ?
Resulting in 60 % reduction with just two passives, seems too much ...
Also is there a cap with damage reductions? Do they all stack high elf, swift set etc be pushing 85 % reduction!

mitigation is not applied all at once
say an attack is 1000 dmg
undeath 30% reduces that to 700
then if you had deliberation active it would reduce the 700 by 30%, reducing the dmg to 490
if you had another source of mitigation such as armor (50%), it would reduce that dmg from 490 to 245
so even though the total of that is 110% mitigation, its not added together all at once, so it only really is about 75% effective mitigation2 -
