Personalities bugged - Thief and Assassin.

So the jog and run animations wont work if you have increased movement speed from CP or other sources. For example the jester personality has no problem with that. Please fix ZOS

yea it's all sprint sadly
i wish all personalities had the same had an actual different sprint animation
