I wonder why I get only 1081-1181 per tick of Illustrious Healing while in Cyrodiil.
Ability says about giving 42640 Health over 15 seconds, meaning 2842 HP per 1 sec.
I think I saw an info that healing in Cyrodiil is cut by 50%, but then it should be at least 1421 HP/sec.
Please help me understand what's wrong here.

You’re at about 1,200 without debuffs, and not sure if your number is based on having certain buffs not 100% uptime.
Math, to me, looks to check out.2 -
