Chronometer of the Tribunal Question

So, I'm about to blow 1000 writ vouchers on this thing so I have a question or two:

I take it that upon selecting let's say "Midnight" it will result in said time any and every time you visit your home? Hopefully quitting the game doesn't reset it or something. Lastly, does it mean that the weather will always be clear and selecting a time prevents storms etc. from occuring?

I don’t think the time has anything to do with the weather. Yes it will remember the time.

It has no effect on weather, only time of day.

The time you set will stay until you change it or remove the Chronometer. Leaving the house has no effect on it.

One thing to mention is that unless you set your house to limited visitor or no access, other people can change your time of day, which has happened to a few of my homes.

If you set the time of day it will always be on that time of day whenever someone visits the house. There is also an off position that allows the time to flow naturally. This item has no effect on the weather.

I have another question on this, is it a "service" item that can be used in every home or do you need to buy a separate one for each house??
All my housing builds are available on YouTube

    Hi, Kevin

is this possible to vary Chronometer flag, please, to classify it as lightings, so that "Limited Visitors" can not operate it?
we are talking about one bit of items' properties, aren't we?

Shocking. One of the very few times where you aren't forced to buy multiple copies for all of your houses.
