Good prebuilt PC for ESO?

ESO is the main game I play but it's gotten really blurry and somewhat slow on my current PC so I'm looking to buy a new one. Current specs are:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 6-core CPU
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 GPU
16gb RAM
500gb SSD

And my monitor is the Samsung C27F390 27', 1920x1080, 60Hz

ESO is a very undemanding game. I play on a 4k display with maxed settings on AMD RX 6650 XT. You could upgrade your GPU to something like RTX 3060 and buy an inexpensive ips 4k monitor, as 27" is too much for 1080p.

Don't go with an intel i7 9700k. You will have insane stutter issues where the only fix is to switch to Linux. Go with a better CPU. I mate a whole thread and people who have my exact same CPU have those issues.

Edit: for info: 8c/8t @ 4700MHz, sounds good but ESO doesn't like that specific CPU running under Windows, Fedora Kinoite + Flatpak steam + Wayland work like a champ.

That does not look good. 8 threads is way too outdated, in 2017 we already had 12-16 thread CPUs.

It's a CPU which was launched in 2018, also the CPU clock is super high. My roommate has a weaker CPU with fewer threads and it was running under 30%.

I have no issues with ESO when I switched to Linux, so it's a software problem.

I am planning to switch my CPU ofc, but for most cases 8C/8T at 4.7GHz works fine.
