✭✭✭✭✭this is part of the problem with all of the no proc pvp, there is no indication in game that a set is working or not, or even if its excluded from no cp, no in game flags nothing
and a set like that is also kind of hard to test too (though its easier to test in IC because of all the npcs)plays PC/NA

i have my main house (grand topal hideaway) listed in the housing tours, it has multiple target dummies, scribing altar, and grandmaster stations (in progress being filled out), as well as almost every antiquity furnishing on display to preview them

nublife01✭✭✭✭got the answer from someone. it doesnt work. and no proc meta is 10000000000% better than cp right now with all the buffoons running immortal tank builds that cant actually kill anything that people thought were highly taboo and should be fixed a few years ago. but gotta love zos listening to the casual zergling and completely trashing their game with a deepending tank meta because if a bad player can die to it then it must be op smh.0
