Cernunnon in Falkreath Hold still bugged

The Bone Golem Boss Cernunnon in Falkreath Hold is still bugged (at least since last patch).
When his adds should spawn the 2nd time the encounter just resets over and over, making it impossible to complete the dungeon.
When is this getting fixed?

    Is this ever going to get patched?! [snip], it reset itself four times before allowing us to complete.

    This bug is still happening, making speed runs almost impossible.

    Don't use any summons, such as nightblade shade or necro ghost. They are causing the resets.

    Summons is not the root of the issue been in there plenty of times with o one using pets he will still reset.

    The boss keeps resetting when he spawns the 3 adds at 60% boss HP.
