PS-EU hardware upgrade during last day of Anniversary Event

I see that the hardware upgrade is DURING the last the of the Anniversary Event. So all the PS-EU players are loosing one day of event tickets (3 tickets) and one day of collecting event boxes. Why not do the hardware refresh one day later. I find this unfair.

    i think missing 3 event tickets is less important than an upgraded server

    my main character is a Bosmer Warden named Greehnhart in-game, Greenie Florahart in full.

    - Luna Blossom, Bosmer Dragonknight.
    - Dotty Greehnhart, Bosmer Sorcerer.
    - Lía Greehnhart, Khajiit Nightblade.
    - Lady Greehnhart, Altmer Templar. Lady is her name and title.
    - Holly Blossom, Altmer Sorcerer.
    - Sally Jadehart, Argonian Nightblade. Like a green salamander.
    - Dorothy Pizzalover, Orc Warden. add pizzas to the game please.
    - Greehnhart, Bosmer Warden.
    - Lúcia Azurehart, imperial Necromancer. Azureblight, she has a Maarselok outfit.
    - Bunny Rubyhart, Dunmer Nightblade.
    - Wisteria Antheia, Khajiit Templar. blue hair like the wisteria.

    Don't get me wrong. I'm thrilled we get an updated server. But I just wish it had planned it better. One day later and us PS-EU players would be able to get the full event too.

    I mean, yes, it's likely that it will happen during the 16 hour maintenance on the 18th, but did they announce it anywhere?

    they havent announced it anywhere nor have they edited the hardware refresh post to add the date

    Pretty sure on the live stream a few days ago they said PS EU is next week. Yes I would like those last 3 tickets but I prefer the new servers

    If you look at the top of the page, you see the date and time for the server upgrade. Seeing that it's only PS-EU and takes 16 hours (at least) I inferred it's the server upgrade.

    Gina or Jess said on the stream that the PS EU server work would be finished next week, so it seems unlikely that a 16h maintenance just for us isn't for that

    Well they said it last Thursday. So coming Tuesday is next week as weeks generally go from Monday till Sunday. And since no maintenance is scheduled for the other console servers that day it would be strange if this 16h maintenance isn't the new server. Maybe @ZOS_GinaBruno or @ZOS_JessicaFolsom can confirm (or not) if this 16h maintenance is the new PS EU server.

    It's not just 3 tickets but it's the potentially hundreds of boxes of goodies that PS EU are missing out on. I think they have a right to be annoyed

    I do not know why it has to be scheduled when it is, but I would imagine there is a reason for it. As such, I will not complain. I would much rather have new servers, than 3 event tickets and a bunch of duplicate motifs to try and give away to my guild.
    Struggling to find a new class to call home.Please send help.

    They started Jester's a day early because of the PC upgrades. I guess they think it evens out because we got extra tickets then, but it's a different event and doesn't really compare.

    This is the one event in the year I bother with more than just doing the minimum, and I know I'm not the only one

    Its just a bit rubbish & shows poor planning and/or communication.

    Would be disappointed but have played this game for too many years! 🤣

    Could just gift everyone on PS-EU server 3 tickets. Would cost them nothing & be very appreciated.

    I'm not even as bothered about the tickets as a days boxes (tho I'm having to wait til next year to get the cake furnishing now - not a big deal really, it's so ugly :D). I do so many master writs, the boxes are how I stock up on style mats for the year. Doesn't help that I missed the first few days too, going away for my anniversary!
