Switching Servers: Internal Error

So we all know this worked flawlessly before the last patch. Now there's a 3 minute wait because... why?
Anyway since the latest update, now it just won't switch. I'm stuck on the EU server, or an error dialog helpfully extolling the virtues of Internal Errors and contacting customer support, to link which does not actually allow one to contact anyone.
