Black Drake Clanwrap not able of being searched through Guild Traders - Why? (Bug Report*)

Expert✭✭✭✭So I searched various keywords, it appears to be you cannot obtain this.
Keywords i used, "Style Page" - Manually scrolled entire list, not a single system recognition of black drake clanwrap
"clanwrap" - nothing appears to recognize such an item in the system
"black drake" - nothing appears to be recognized with this item name
After researching, bouncing through over 10 trade posts stating they have it for sale, it has come to my attenion you CANNOT purchase or SEARCH this. However the game says it's tradeable and sellable, but it's on ZOS end to make it work as a product that can be sold in the trade post.
