Blade of woe wil often enough fail to execute after activating making you just "teleport" behind the enemies and pulling you out of stealth without ever killing the target
Shadowstrike was meant to allow to chain small groups, yet the "distraction" part of it barely work with enemies attacking you during the animation potentialy charging an uppercut or the spin to win attack that is guaranteed to land if not moving far away enough
Those attack will nearly always land before you move out of their range, pulling you out of stealth and preventing you to re-use blade of woe, defeating the entire purpose of that slotable CP star and this happen happen nearly all the time
There is already a massive 90% xp reduction on kill using it + the need to be out of combat for the initial use along a massive restriction of valid targets that make it only usable vs trash tier enemies that fall in the "alive humanoid" category
Would it be too much asked that a gimmick and its associated CP star, that is the main gameplay mechanic & selling point of a whole DLC, to work properly? Its hard to even RP with it with those issues
