Bugfix Antiquity Leads again

Hi
The fix on Antiquity leads dropping from killing trash mobs works, thanks devs !
Now what about the ones dropping from World Bosses and Daily quests ? For example, I'm at +70 Mages Guild dailies and +100 Deadlands dailies and the leads do not drop, same with Faun Falls and Mornard Falls.
I must say, they all dropped very quickly the first time, but they all very VERY rarely drop for the 2nd and 3rd time.
Please devs fix this.

✭Also, it seems to be still impossible to get the Pale Order lead from Nighthollow Keep for a 4th or subsequent time. Yes, I have 3 Pale Order rings - and 4 parts of a 4th - and whenever I go into Nighthollow Keep, the scroll is either (a) not visible at all, or (b) visible but not interactable.0
