[ANSWERED] How are the new dungeons accessed?

I know the new dungeons are the first DLC release for this year, but given these are normally located in the chapter's zone, how do people actually get inside these dungeons ? I hope that's not a dumb question.

The first ones are usually in existing zones, Scriveners Hall is the Rift (or dungeon finder) and the other is in Stonefalls (both according to Alcast, I'm on console so don't have them yet)

Thanks, that makes more sense. I guess my assumption about the pre-chapter dungeons being in that chapter's zone was completely wrong!

It's not the case this time as they're in base game zones but when dungeons are located in zones you don't own you can simply port into or use queue system alone or in group.

group dungeons show up on the map automatically, so even if you say did not own high isle, but owned the dungeons that are there (earthen root enclave and graven deep), you could still access the dungeons

as noted there is always the queue as well

DLC dungeon entrances are often located in base game zones, Rift and Stonefalls in this case. Port in if you do want to walk or do not own the zone where entrance is or just queue.
Myself learned yesterday that if you want to walk in veteran dungeon version open the Goup finder, activate Group and find the tiny icons where one can set the normal or veteran mode. Then walk in. (There is a large shield watermark on loadscreen for veteran version.)

Yeah, that setting has tripped me up on a few occasions, because if you've previously set it one way, but then you join a group where the leader has it set the other way, it seems to flip your setting to match. That's okay if you set it back as desired after you finish the dungeon with the group; but if you forget to change it back or aren't aware of this behavior, then the next time you enter a dungeon to solo it you might be unpleasantly surprised that the difficulty doesn't match what you'd expected.
