Why does pale order have a negative modifier if you can't be healed by group

I don't understand why there's a negative group buff if you can't be healed by your group. Unless there's something I'm missing. Appreciate all opinions and feedback ty.

✭✭✭✭✭Pale Order becomes less effective the larger the group is because it was abused in in PvE (and possibly by ball groups in PvP). People were going for 4 DPS in Group Dungeons or 11 z 12 DPS in trials as healers were not needed. DPS were healing themselves.1

axi✭✭✭✭✭Because healing for 20% of dmg done is extremly strong. At some point people were using it in boss fights with combination of old shimerring frenzy to get massive DPS boost and it was kinda making healers slightly useless.Edited by axi on April 4, 2023 10:22AM3
