How come the Jesters Cherry Blossom Twig Toy is selling for a decent amount?

Genuinly curious, I was hovering over some stuff as saw TTC say these are selling for between 2 to 3k a piece on PC EU! I mean, I'm not going to complain about a little extra pocket change on the side, but everything else is like 1 gold per piece. There's even a momento of the Twig too! Anyone happen to have a guess about this?

I'm aware, I've MM running as well which helps narrow down the actual sales, at least in the guild I am in. Still, odd it's the twig specifically and nothing else at all like the sparklers. Eh, oh well0
