Endeavors should always be able to be completed by oneself without relying on other people or RNG • • •

There has been a Daily Endeavor for "Complete a Consumable Master Writ Quest" (not to be confused with Daily Crafting Writ). But if you don't have a Consumable Master Writ, and if you don't get one that day after doing the Daily Crafting Writs on all of your characters, then your only option is to hope that a Guild Trader has a Consumable Master Writ and then buy it from them at whatever dumb price listed for. I don't like having to rely on RNG or other people for these should-be simple tasks. Just let me earn it myself!!!

And Endeavors should also be able to be completed at the player's own pace if they put in the effort (Complete [X] Dungeons, Complete [X] Quests, Craft [X] Somethings, Kill [X] Players, etc). Because not everyone is able to play every single day or even multiple days a week, but they may play a lot on the days that they can • • •

Recently there was a Weekly Endeavor for "Complete 7 Daily Endeavors". I logged in towards the end of that week but was not able to finish this Weekly Endeavor because I could only complete 6 Daily Endeavors (2 days) out of the 7 Daily Endeavors that it required (3 days). It was not fun at all seeing this Weekly Endeavor stuck at 6/7 and then going unfinished with nothing more that I could do about it. It was kinda damn irritating to be honest. I guarantee that I played more hours in those 2 days than a lot of people play all week long, but I was unable to complete this Weekly Endeavor just because I couldn't log in more days than what I did.

    [Edit to emphasize ellipsis]

i always keep one consumable, one durable and one treasure map in reserve for days that require those endeavours, try thinking ahead a bit
Same but some, however treasure maps for the old zones tend to be worth a couple hundred gold, master writs are more expensive. Surveys you can not buy.
And Complete 7 Daily Endeavors is my absolute favorite.
Beat use ultimate 40 times as that required 80 cast of overload or 80 bar swaps and 40 summon bear on warden.
Had it been summon beer it would be better 😺
Grinding just make you go in circles.
Asking ZoS for nerfs is as stupid as asking for close air support from the death star.

Add Tempest Island to list of easily soloable dungeons. (I assume its easily soloable because casual and curently very laggy me had no trouble with it.)
Anyway, not doing endeavours when not feeling like it is completely survivable. I have skipped more than half years worth while taking a break from ESO with no ill effects.

Treasure Map Endeavors would also be something that might rely on other people. How the hell does someone target farm for Treasure Maps in a single day because I sometimes go several days or weeks without seeing one.

Treasure maps can be farmed somewhat well at dragons, harrowstorms, and vents. While a particular map i.e., Galen maps, isn't able to be farmed because the map they give is random, they drop a map semi-frequently. For the endeavor, any treasure map will suffice. It also doesn't usually take long to find at least one map of some kind (typically base game) by using a treasure chest farming route.

Thieves' troves often contain multiple maps as well.

So yeah, this Monday was I think the first time I finished a weekly endeavour before actually looking at what the options are, was just doing writs on my 5 crafters. :p They do have an issue balancing this thing.

That happened to me a couple of weeks ago-- was playing Sunday night, 1 AM EDT rolled around, and not very long after that I got a "1/1 Weekly Endeavors completed" message while running around harvesting resource nodes.

Last night I checked to see what the Weekly Endeavors were before I logged out for the night, and was surprised to see that I was already halfway done with two of them.
I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!
