Grand Total Hideaway problem

Guild I'm in has Grand Topal Hideaway as Guild House....
Had this problem before where if you roll dodge inside the house you cannot interact with crafting stations.
Doing a reload ui then takes an excessively long time to load and you end up having to exit to console dashboard....
If you leave the house instead you still get the very very very long load time but you spawn outside of your own property stuck halfway in the ground and nothing gets you out.
So ultimately the only fix I can see is to exit the game entirely and face the usual error 304.
