Nix-Hound's Howl duration scaling

I've been enjoying this set on my werewolf since it came out but I noticed today that the duration scaling only works off weapon damage and not spell damage. Is this intentional @ZOS_GinaBruno? It doesn't affect me in werewolf form because I can't proc minor sorcery that way anyway, but outside of form this seems to further reduce the benefits Plar offers.

✭✭✭✭✭The tooltip specifies Weapon Damage only, so it seems to be working as intended.
I do not have much hope the devs will consider this problematic with respect to templars, as there are many more pressing issues with the class according to players and none at all according to the devs.0
