Players are abusing glitches in the map and bugs to reach places where the gameplay is impossible.
Players running places where they shoud not be to be fight against.
It's PVP and should be played as such - Not trying to find the bugs and gliches to abuse and cheat only to be chased around the map.

Screenshot/video & report them?
If they are exploiting and zos gets round to checking it/them and acting, you'll have improved the 'health' of the game.
The event being a joke is another discussion entirely.
