In cloudrest, voltaic is affecting me with the full effect when I have only one front bar weapon equipped like it would if I had both front and back bar weapons.

I am using oakensoul, and previous to this update, it would not require me to swap bars and do minimal damage as intended.


I've also had others relay the same issues with the one bar setups (no back bar equipped), and Werewolf form.
