Vaermina's Voice Actor changed

Has anyone else who has done the Stormhaven quest-line recently noticed the Vaermina's voice actor changed? I did it about a month or two ago and completed it again yesterday and there was definitely a change. Her previous voice was more sinister and sort of sneering while her new voice is more regal, collected, and 'smooth' now. I don't have a preference for either voice, they both sound excellent. it was just strange.

there was awhile there i thought they changed lyranths voice actor between her early appearances in coldharbour/ICP and her newer appearances in blackwood

turned out (as confirmed in another thread by zos becky) that the actor did not change but they changed the modulation of the voice (i personally liked the ICP and earlier lyranth way better, shes so much more snarky sounding lol)

This made me so intrigued that I speedran the Stormhaven questline and compared her voice to that of youtube videos. You´re right! I think the 'old' Vaermina and the Duchess of Anguish in the MQ is the same voice actress, but I am not sure. They do sound alike, but it could be because they use the same type of processing on the voice. The 'new' Vaermina sounds very different.

I think it is most likely due to upcoming DLC somehow involving Vaermina (I haven´t done both dungeons in Screbes of Fate though, but I´ve read guides and Vaermina doesn´t seem to play a part), and they might have wanted voice consistency...

one of the Necrom collectibles named Dark Lady's Headrest mentions being blessed or cursed Vaermina in its description so it's likely she's involved in the chapter story

+ her symbol is on the Kindred Concord motif's chests visible on this concept art page on the eso website.

Why am I just learning that the Concept Art page is a thing. And that it's got some stuff that's... as yet unreleased.
(I wonder if someone released something a bit early...)

But I am always here for the fashion, and I can't wait to get my hands on those new motifs. But... with the Dark Lady's headrest that's an obvious Vaermina memento and now this very obvious Vaermina theme on the one armor motif, I'm really excited to see what she has to do with the story. We never got any indication that she was behind the Necrom story... but I will say the addition of that memento seemed like an odd choice unless she was involved...
