[PC] ESO Launcher not closing

The age old launcher bug which causes the launcher to not close is back.

The process has to be manually killed to close the launcher.

Which operating system are you on, and what is the OS version?

I haven't been having that issue in Windows 11. In fact, the launcher now goes away from the system tray by itself after I close it, instead of having to wave my mouse pointer over it as used to be the case. But I think that might be related to a Windows update from last month, because it seemed to coincide with a change where the system tray now displays all of the icons on a single row instead of being arranged in a rectangle or stack of rows-- in other words,

Windows 11, and the system tray isn't the issue, that is just a visual bug.

The launcher literally doesn't close when I try to close it, it HAS to be terminated via the process.

I'm on Windows 10 and the launcher will not close hitting the X, I have to kill it via task manager.
