Shoulder hide item not coming out until next event?

This new patch also introduces a new cosmetic tool: Hide Shoulders. Available for Event Tickets from the Impresario event vendor, Hide Shoulders works like Hide Helm and allows you to hide this part of your outfit when customizing your look in an Outfit Station.
Look for future event announcements to find out when you’ll have your first opportunity to acquire this new outfit option.

Thought so but they had also said her assistant would sell them when she was not up. As much as some people were looking forward to this feature thought direct from ZoS would be helpful.1 -

✭✭✭It'll start being available at the Impresario for tickets during the Jester's fest, and thereafter from her assistant.
As it said in the U37 preview article:
Note that the preview article did not say it would be available from Philius, even though it will be there after the Jester's festival ends.To enable Hide Shoulders, you must first acquire it by spending Event Tickets at the Impresario during any of ESO’s upcoming in-game events. Keep an eye out on elderscrollsonline.com for information on when the next event arrives—hint: it’s a silly one!
Considering the patch lands on the 28th for console and the Jester's Fest is after that, it's a safe bet that the Jester's event will start on the 30th. At that point, we'll be able to get the first opportunity to get the hide shoulder item.Edited by tomofhyrule on March 13, 2023 3:10PM0 -

That may be the case AFTER the item is introduced for the first time in the event.
The assistant wouldn't have it in his inventory before the item is introduced in-game.3 -
