This new nightblade build with 3 heals is strong

Just asking if I'm not the only one who noticed these new non stealth nightblades rolling around in PVP with 3 diffrent heals: Refreshing path, dark cloak and vigor. I saw them one shot fully buffed people with 30-35k hp in the front all the while they are tanky af themselves; they have more healing than a dragonkight. What build are they using ?

It's a combination of a large population of players not running impen plus nightblades being able to capitalize on that and having high crit modifiers. It's really healthy offering that needs to be looked at as far as healing goes. Everyone who runs resolving vigor is also tankier, due to the addition of minor resolve to it, and pretty much everyone runs the ability.A fairly mediocre nightblade that occasionally kills people0
