I have a Crime Spree quest in Stonefalls and I have checked every house, business, and guild and not one safebox/strongbox. Are these that rare in certain areas or have incredibly long respawn timers? This quest is just a waste of time it seems. Cannot stand it !!
Is this the only repeatable quest more than daily to grind thieves guild XP?

✭✭✭✭✭They have a long respawn timer, and with more people doing those TG quests it can take some time. You can delete that quest and get a new one. The other crime spree quest is to pickpocket people.0 -
Selstad✭✭✭✭I spent nearly an hour in stonefall, teleporting between the 3 quest locations, searching every house and store I could come over. When I finally found one, the owner stood nearly on top of it and didn't move, so I had no other choice but to pick it, and leave town in a hurry with a 250 gold bounty on my head, and very angry guard behind me

✭✭✭✭✭I have done several of those so far. Yeah, can be annoying to find the strongboxes... but so far, I always got one in the end. Still, the pickpocketing quest is easier...0 -

There tend to be a safebox there since its some effort to get to it.
From a limited dataset of 3 boxes in less than 15 minutes.1 -

Back then NPCs didn't report you for being inside their homes if you overstayed your unwelcome. I don't know when that mechanic was added, but you could stay inside a home as long as you liked waiting for the safeboxes to respawn. Now if you did that, you rake up bounty for being idle in there.2 -
