ì think you should count on 4h each maintance , or they have to claim difrent infront of the maintenance...if its shorter we are lucky

In IT Speak .. when you allocate a maintenance window without specifying the exact outage duration what it means is "as long as it takes to complete the maintenance objectives, we'll advise when we're done".
