Groupfinder Problem?

There have been quite a few problems recently regarding Groupfinder on XB/NA, resulting in over an hour queue times and being immediately ejected from dungeons after finally finding one and receiving a quitter penalty as a result, having to wait 15 minutes to requeue for 1 hour or more.
Can someone look at this?
I have a video of the process, but after formatting it to one of the allowed ones for tickets, then attempting to upload it, it tells me I have the wrong format still.

bachpain✭✭✭✭It isn't just Xbox. It is PCNA as well. You don't travel to the dungeon and half the time get kicked literally from the group. When you try to join by traveling manually the instance removes you. Please for the love of QOL fix the game. PVP is broken, instance finder is broken, I am running out of reasons to keep logging in.1
