Lost.. Dragonguard questline HALP please

i have completed,
Return of the Dragonguard.
i have done, so far, 14 quests since then, and just opened Dirge for his dailies.
i am stuck, trying to figure out where i am now in one of the storylines.
i completed: The Dragonguard.
Next in the line is supposed to be: The Dark Aeon.
However, no one has the quest for me.
When i look in the achievement book, i hover over the achievements in The Dragon's Wrath (there is three) 1. The dragon's wrath, 2. the dark aeon, 3. bright moons over elswyer. It says, 'In progress'. i don't have ANY quests in my journal for Southern Elswyer, or Northern.
i've gone to Sai, he has nothing, nor does the Sid- whatever Khajiit person by the docks, or the other woman by the fountain in senchal. Nahfahlaar also has nothing new to offer me.
He just goes into the conversation about giving me a dragon name, instead of hunter and ends with:
You said you sensed another power in Elsweyr. Can you tell me more?
"I feel it out there. A malevolence that stretches across this land like thick fog. A power that dwarfs even Laatvulon's.
I believe it to be one of my kind. A Dragon of great strength and greater hunger."
A great hunger? What do you mean?
"All dov seek dominance. For some, that desire is too great to control. An all consuming hunger to rule over all.
I sense this now. A Dragon who will not rest until he gains absolute power."
That's it.
i got one piece of a tapestry for some khajiit woman in the palace...Thought that might have opened something, but it has not.
Where do i go? What's going on? i'm so tired. lol

✭✭✭✭✭BTW, that quest is part of the epilogue for the year-long story. You need to make sure you've completed the Northern Elsweyr storyline in addition to the Southern Elsweyr storyline:

i finished the Heir of Anequina and got the hall of the lunar champion.
The Dark Aeon quest still isn't anywhere to be found. i went to the new moon temple in case Sai was there, he's not. Door was locked, so was the door to the west.
Tried the zone guide in SE. It directed me to a couple lesser quests that had nothing to do with the one i'm looking for.
Went to NE, it's set me onto something here... i hadnt known about the zone guide before today, thank you guys for your help and guidance. ✭✭✭✭✭Right, zone questlines are specific to each character, not account-wide.
Certain zone-related titles and achievements might be account-wide, but the various major stages of the zone questlines give skill points and as such are most definitely character-specific.I've fought mudcrabs more fearsome than me!1 -

So, after redoing that storyline, i NOW finally have the next step in the dragonguard quest line The Dark Aeon.
