Crafting constellation > "Infamous" won't add champion points to activate

I recently redistributed my champion points on my main and now I can't get "Infamous" on the Crafting constellation. The one to the right of it to unlock it, Fleet Phantom, is full at 40 points (already spent and confirmed) but it's not triggering the unlock for the next star, Infamous - I can't use R2 to add points.
I tested on a secondary character and she's having the same issue, though on a third character where I'd already spent the points on both Fleet Phantom and Infamous, the bonuses are working fine. I have this path unlocked to the third star, Shadowstrike, which is what I'd like to do on my other two toons.

✭✭I’m not sure which one you mean as fleet phantom comes after out of sight and isnt connected to infamous. To the right of infamous is friends in low places. Do you have that maxed?

✭✭It is, but it isn't connected to the line above. To get to infamous from that side you need Friends in Low places
