Today I'd like to ask how the Altmeri windmillsactually work.
One can notice they are set on tall pillars, yet they have windows for the inner room - where the grindstone and stuff are stored.
In open world here in Rellenthil (not the luxury vendor item)
There's even a ladder ready to help people climb there.
