Plethora of Issues? Something we should know?

Heya,
My guildies and I are having some annoying issues in game atm. Skills not firing off, lag, extended load screens, chat not working and inability to change from Vet to Norm to reset dungeons etc. Is there work going on at the back end? Has ZoS informed of of this- issues recognised?
One of my guild mates quit the game as she said it's just unbearable atm. I feel it too but it is upsetting to see players leave.
Anyone have any news on this? It would go a long way if we were told.

i sometimes experience lag/skills not firing, but only in grey host cyrodiil during a massive fight/lot of ball groups presentplays PC/NA
