Then another player comes along with their perfectly crafted armor set, made by another character. You use your skills. You only have had access to overland or pvp armor and weapon sets. You attack them, and nothing happens. They take 0 damage and they made no attempt to block your attack. How would you feel?

It's not about practice, or getting better. It's about using a character to enhance a low level character with weapons and gear that is nearly impossible to acquire in overland or pvp areas at that level. Nobody has enough gold to purchase legendary gear at under level 20 when they are first starting out.

Getting to restart on a new character, doing the crafting writs, exploring the zone. Clearing delves. Meeting the NPC Characters. That is what makes the game enjoyable. It's a fantasy RPG. Key acronym. Roleplaying Game. If you are using a completely different character to enhance another character. You take the roleplaying out of it. I agree with the bank account space. I feel that it should be larger, but with individual bank accounts per character, it may not have to be.

I am not concerned about inconvenienced trolls. If it's too much work to build another RPG character from the ground up, maybe you are playing the wrong game.

Players are greedy and will go through any means necessary to give themselves or a friend an edge, regardless if it has any relevance to the RPG experience. Hey my buddy, "Character #1", just made me a legendary armor set with all the fixings. He just decided one day to make this really expensive set for me and just give it to me for free.
