I play on Xbox so I don’t know if this occurs on other platforms.
There are two prerequisites:
• Gyrfalcon Gather must be equipped, if you have it (under collections/customized actions/plant collecting);
• Play in third-person perspective, you won’t see it in first-person perspective.
Go out gathering clothing or alchemical resources. As soon as you have harvested the resource, take off running IMMEDIATELY, and you will be treated to about two seconds of your character doing Riverdancing. If you don’t take off running immediately, you won’t see the effect.
