Hair color in new toons or appearance change

When you create a high elf new toon or do an appearance change the hair color in the screen looks blue, purple or pink. Then when you get out into the game and the hair looks white or grey. Is anyone else having this issue? I have an Xbox series X

✭✭✭The silver hair on the screen at first looks awesome. All blue silver shiny. When you get on game it looks dull like it needs the roots done.2 -

✭I thought this was a suggestion to add in more hair colors to the game. 🤦♀️
I do notice that the hair color does change slightly when in game too. It looks like different colors based on the lighting. I'm on PC.
I don't know, but, it could be a graphics glitch which is common within online games that has awesome character customization.Edited by wilykcat on February 20, 2023 9:58PM1
