Yeah, I found I really needed a solid, non-button part of the mouse to anchor my thumb on. The 12-button side didn't give me any place to grip properly without triggering a button, so the wheel design worked perfectly instead.

Weaving is easier for me with light attacks to the right hand and abilities to the left. It just coordinates better. It is easier to get into the rhythm.

It is however supposed to last forever as it has user - replaceable switches (no soldering required).Jamie_Aubrey wrote: »Any mouse with left/right click and a scroll wheel
Don't buy one of those ones with 200 buttons on the side, unless your gonna use them all, waste of money
My mouse has 2 extra buttons on the side that I use for Weapon Swap and Dodge Roll
I used to use a mouse that had a lot of additional buttons and dpi switch... but I never used any additional buttons & dpi switch was almost always pressed accidentally causing all sorts of in-game troubles lol.

I have a Corsair mouse now and while it has lasted longer than the Razer mice, the software is a pain in the butt, it occasionally resets all my settings back to default, refuses to open a lot and remapping mouse buttons four and five is more complicated than it should be

If iCUE fails to open, this could be due to it getting hung trying to talk to some Corsair hardware not reporting properly. Try unplugging and plugging back in Corsair devices until it wakes up. Once found, it might be worth it to isolate that device into an easy-to-access USB port to facilitate fixing the problem, as this can come up at any time after the PC is powered on.
i know, am pretty sure it's the mouse at this point as whenever iCUE does decide to open I generally have to unplug and replug mouse to make it realise it's there. [...] I don't know the exact problem but just unplugging the mouse, keyboard + any other usb devices in those 4 slots on top of the computer before turning on is easier and cheaper than paying someone to fix whatever it is
